Jason and Kate’s Wedding
Published May 12th, 2008 in WeddingsWe spent this weekend in New Bern, NC capturing Jason and Kate’s wedding. We found out New Bern’s claim to fame is that Pepsi was invented here in 1898 (actually on the street corner next to where Jason and Kate tied the knot.) We had great weather on Saturday for their wedding and Friday for their e-session. Their reception took place waterfront at the New Bern Golf and Country Club where the band “Sugar” got everyone rockin’. One of the best wedding bands we have heard in a while… check them out HERE
While they were helping light guest’s sparklers, one of the bus boys lit his hair on fire, so that was cool. 
The night was capped off with fireworks as Jason and Kate were given a grand send off. Hope you guys have a great time in French Polynesia- sounds like a blast!

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love all the photos I’ve seen so far. You guys are the best I’ve ever seen! I can’t wait to see all the rest of them. I’ve never seen such gorgeous color and composition in wedding pictures. We are so happy that Kate found you all and that you were able to be there to help us capture the day.
